Myrtle Beach Restaurant News (MBRN), the premier local website that is dedicated to all things dining along the Grand Strand, is celebrating their five year anniversary in a oh so Carolina way with an oyster roast.
For five years, local foodie and critic, Becky Billingsley has been checking out every new restaurant along the beach and telling both local and tourists the best places to go and the ones to avoid. On Saturday, February 11, 2012, MBRN will be throwing a little party at the Island Bar in Surfside from 2 until 5 p.m.
Inside there'll be a $5 cover charge with Psych Ward performing classic rock, complimentary cake and finger foods, drink specials and raffle prizes. Outside will be an oyster roast with fresh local steamed oysters going for $8 per bucket.
